Here we go again wanting to start another War that's what's making the headlines when we're probably going to lose this one as well. It is truthful we lost Vietnam Afghanistan and the only ones we actually won we're not Wars but stealing from the countries riches. We have thousands of s candy stands Afghanistan that have

arrived in Springdale Arkansas. Did you know our government are putting them up in homes all Necessities paid as well as the rents and all foods for Supply to them the discussion of conflict is not a new one. Of course not they're even given $2,000 every month for any necessity that they need. I don't really mind after all we did blow up their countries their homes and evidence suggests their family. Now look at what so-called president for Brighton Biden wants to go against the constitutional and rights of all Americans demanding they all get vaccinated against the flu. Everyone in the military doctor stairs medical centers all requiredOr they will lose their jobs or livelihood. So don't think for a minute that they won't get everybody one way or another all they have to do is threaten you with no means of support or even at home if you refuse to get vaccinated. Old man's Room News/Complaints

The yapping cute little dogs I don't think have shut up since coming here. Only yaps when someone comes or goes by the room that the owners are in. They cleaned up the pool room and tore down the pool table since it was in bad shape and not worth saving. They're all staying there until the middle room is complete with new flooring and repairs to the hole by the bathtub. It was filthy as well as damaged badly from not being kept clean of water on the water from the bathtub. But, getting there as have to save a little money for new replacement stuff.

Seems to be Hershel Johnson is wanting to start more of his stupid lies and this time, told his brother James that the backdoor is locked at 9 pm daily to keep her out. Of course a lie, after all the door is unlocked and always has been for more than fifteen years now. His mom never stated such bs. Just Hershel unhappy with his life I suppose. No idea or feeling bad for himself not getting on SSI or free money. In short, now has no choice but to live with his wife he married and she is one that is not happy with her husband not working to get their own place or live as a working family like her dad has done all her life. Maybe unhappy as well because he has to start working or looking for jobs, which he'll never do.

James said he is coming back in a couple of weeks and plans on living here back in his room because the chicken plant is hiring at $17.00 per hour. Told him if he has a place already as well as a job, he should stay there. But, he said his ride to work is leaving back home, and will no longer have a job as too far to go for work. Also stated that his probation officer said that nothing but felony people live here and he won't be able to stay here. Said very interesting, is she saying his mom and dad are felons? After all, I have no idea who they are as don't know of any felons myself. Think something else his little brother is saying. But, she is an adult babysitter and doesn't like me at all because I am the type that will not disclose my personal life or answer her bullshitty questions. Told James to get a place of his own across the chicken plant and a good place to have his own to avoid the crap that his probation officer has to say. Which again is of course his little brother doing whatever it is he wants to do. Lowed the rent of rooms as guessing the last caretakers were taking advantage. Took fifty dollars off monthly and back to $300.00 monthly. Even a deal for the liar caretakers of seven years that I even allowed the rents to go to them to just $200.00 each monthly. Now as always if they don't like it, then always able to move. Won't find anyplace else at $200.00 a month with everything paid for. Plus being repaired as soon as it needs to be. Think they can see now how lazy they really were all those years and did nothing but make a mess. Which is now not a bad-looking place once again with someone here keeping things cleaned up.

But, coming very soon!

Old man's Room News/Complaints

Well, looks like I have found someone agreeing to fixing up as well as repairing for four adults to move in on November 3, 2021. Since Arkansas laws are made more for the owners of the property, I use a simple room rental agreement as shown below. The agreements already signed by me, as well as verbally agreed to repairs at their own expense over a period of time to make up the difference for rent. Verbally things like cat litter box cleaned daily, checking up on any trash left in or around yards as well as trash taken out to road each Tuesday night for pick up. All utilities including Pest control provided by the owner of the Property who also lives in one of the rooms of said property. This is more of the verbal items we agree to, as no reason to list everything in a room agreement when verbally both parties agree. I believe in Trust and the word of people more than a signature. These adults will be in charge of everything inside as well as outside of the house. They will also tell other room rentals if they're not cleaning up after themselves to start doing so or plan on moving. Yards agreed to be kept up when summer arrives again. No drugs or alcohol is illegal to be used on said property. Anyone that smokes will do so in their own rooms or outside. Owner John Lewis Sr. Never to be bothered whatsoever. If can't clean up after yourself, then start looking for someplace else to move. Anything that bothers you can be addressed to my son John Lewis, and he will talk it over with the new caretakers doing everything for room rentals and they understand no income will be paid. No overnight visitors, wish to visit then do so at their homes or rooms. No loud noise after 10 PM inside of the house as other roomers may be sleeping for work the following day. Respect each other's rights as they will yours. Can't get along or agree then MOVE! AT this time all rooms are filled and will let everyone know when I have another room ready.

Don't leave a mess for others!

A pandemic can be expected to surge yet again in the winter

Approximately 7.5 million people are affected by the end of federal unemployment benefits that extended state unemployment safety nets, with another 2 or 3 million losing the $300 per week federal stipend.

Workers who can't find safe pandemic jobs are now grappling with less money but the same pandemic as they were dealing with last month. What's probably going to happen next on the labor front is ... not much. Again, the data shows that workers weren't being goaded into staying home by the enhanced pandemic safety net; they were just able to eat and stay in their homes while looking for employment in a now much-trickier market. We can expect the economy as a whole to take a hit, including the financials of some of the exact service industries restless for workers. People with no money don't spend money.

If the winter pandemic surge is as bad as it is now looking like it might be, it's possible that Congress may be forced into reinstating benefits to keep the all-heralded economy from again going into a nosedive. Unlikely, but possible. But it's not clear how the current surge will prod vaccination rates—presumably, overfilled local hospitals will help convince vaccine holdouts that the risk they're taking is greater than they once thought it was—or whether the delta variant will give way to an even newer strain that erases past gains.

Ending pandemic benefits while the pandemic is surging to new highs is a ridiculous move. It won't take long for the damage reports to begin rolling in.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The lawyer for the former deputy who shot and killed Arkansas teenager Hunter Brittain during an early morning traffic stop in June says Sergeant Michael Davis should be reinstated as a Lonoke County Sheriff's Deputy.

Attorney Robert Newcomb has represented more than 30 officers involved in officer-involved shootings and insists that Davis retaining a lawyer is not an admission of wrongdoing. He said the Southern States Police Benevolent Association and the Fraternal Order of Police both have a list of lawyers they recommend to their members if they’re involved in a critical incident, such as shooting.

Arkansans might remember Newcomb as a lawyer in another officer-involved shooting that gained media attention. Newcomb previously served as the lawyer for former Little Rock police officer Charles Starks in the shooting death of Bradley Blackshire during a felony traffic stop.

Now Newcomb is representing Davis, who he says should never have been fired from the sheriff's department. About a week after the death of the 17-year-old Brittain, Davis was fired for failing to activate his body camera until after he had shot the teen, a violation of department policy.

Newcomb said the county opted for one of the least expensive types of body camera.

“Sergeant Davis told him he thought he had turned it on, he went through the motions. Either the camera malfunctioned or he didn’t get all of the things pushed,” Newcomb said. He added that when Davis spoke with state police, he voluntarily waived his rights against self-incrimination.

Newcomb said that, unlike Little Rock Police body cameras that turn on when their car door opens, Lonoke sheriff deputies have to press multiple buttons to turn their cameras on.

“It was not a deliberate act on his part. Not regarding what’s going on, but you’re talking about a situation at 3 o’clock in the morning with a suspicious vehicle and you’re probably averaging more than one officer a week being killed,” Newcomb said.

Newcomb also said the Lonoke County's body cameras have short battery life and not enough storage capacity. He went on to say that Davis originally had a personal dash camera on his police vehicle but Sheriff John Staley ordered him to take it down.

“It’s a tragedy that young Hunter died. Sergeant Davis is just torn up about it, as you can be. I know he’s not as torn up as the parents. There’s no way to understand all their grief,” Newcomb said.

Newcomb said Davis has requested a grievance hearing to be reinstated as a deputy at the sheriff’s office.

“In this case the young man (Hunter) never responded to any of the verbal commands or said anything to officer Davis,” Newcomb said.

16-year-old Jordan King was in the truck with Hunter when he was pulled over. King told KATV that he didn’t hear Davis say anything to Hunter before he was shot. Newcomb said he heard a different story.

“The officer was saying show me your hands to Hunter, this person (the witness) stuck his hands out of the passenger side of the vehicle,” Newcomb said.

KATV reached out to Hunter’s uncle Jesse Brittain after speaking with Davis’ lawyer.

“They’re hiding stuff. I don’t believe them,” Brittain said. “I’m telling you that the dude is going to prison for murder. That’s all there is to it. He murdered my nephew.”

Brittain emphasized the need for the end to qualified immunity. He also said that he expects the case to go before a federal grand jury.

“Everybody in Lonoke County needs to stand up and vote and change the way that things work around there,” Brittain said. He also said that the right people voting would help end corrupt police practices and police violence.

The Associated Press reported Friday that Lonoke County Prosecutor Chuck Graham has sent the case file to the state prosecutor coordinator to be assigned to a special prosecutor. Newcomb said this doesn’t surprise him, because in small counties like Lonoke the prosecuting attorney typically knows all the deputies and they don’t want any appearance of partiality.

Arkansas' prosecutor coordinator, Bob McMahan, said Monday that he had appointed Jeff Phillips as the special prosecutor for the case.

State Police said that even though the case file has been sent over to the prosecutor’s office, it remains open and active and cannot be shared with the public. We are awaiting word on the appointment of a special prosecutor for this case.

11/18/2015---.Bum's? Lazy useless or just to dumb to learn myself

First off let me introduce myself, after all it would not be nice to speak of the bum's around here if I didn't at lease say who is telling the stories about a house full of bum's.

Now since this really started after midnight the 16th of November 2015, so to let everyone know exactly what I had to put up with. Name's will be used with first only as everyone else knows last names and your welcome to comment as well as tell the world those I speak of. I may do so myself and there going to be talked about as long as there too damn lazy to seek employment or at lease help out by paying for the roof over their lazy heads. Even if it does leak in certain places when it rains! Not to mention the place where they sleep as well as shower and also eat if they ever stop buying weed or whatever it is keeping them up all night long!
First I am over 69 and headed for the big 7-0 number. Yea, I know gaining on seventy years old and still feel sorry for those that are either lazy, stupid, just don't care or who knows what it is that goes on in any of their heads. But, it is close to winter and I can't learn to say NO. Oh I complain of course when I see a bedroom window open in 32 degree weather and the heater set at 70 degree's. But, complain is all I can do and all of them will say sorry, I wan't thinking and it won't happen again. But, always does happen again!
I ask for any type of help in exchange for money even, do I get it? Of course not, because of them being just to lazy and don't even care. I ask for rent of three hundred a month, and let's see I have at this time four no five people that pay nothing. But, there able to afford drugs, or weed and weed I consider a drug as well no matter who may say different. I grew up with that so called weed and know it does no good after all 70 years old you know what is good as well as bad. Then remember it's just my opinion and since there is no respect from any of these people living here then why should they pay me anything to help with electric, gas, water, trash when the money they ill received from whatever can be used for something much better than helping some 70 year old that does nothing but bitch all the time? Not to mention I am kept alive by seven bottles of medication from blood pressure pill's to pain killers and have hundreds of empty bottles that I started to save so to show how pill's have kept me going. I keep a small box under the counter where I am typing this and the box fill's up after so long and I have a large garbage bag where I empty that box and have hundreds with my name on them as well as the dates and how much I use daily. Like soon I will take seven pills now for my head to the rest of my body and even P.T.S.D. for calming my temper down. When of course that could probably be done with ridding this house of all those that care so much for me!
Of course I don't eat right unless invited to someone's house on Thanksgiving and get a meal once a year that probably is better than all the junk I eat daily. People hear are so lazy that they won't clean up after themselves, so I gave up trying to show that I will clean up their mess and let them learn how really easy it is. After so many years of doing that they of course don't do even that. After all this 70 year old can do it and we can just pop pills or smoke weed and get high and enjoy life. Finally, I said I will start to throw all the stuff dishes, pots pan silver ware cups glasses or anything left in the sink and not washed and put away. Sorry ass sad mface me gets the yea right and let's see if it happens. Yup, it happens again and again. Takes months after all I had a lot of dishes from over the years of keeping house. Finally come down to a few or just enough for a plate for each and they all keep their own plate, glass fork spoon in their rooms. Until finally I think it is going to be taken care of so I replace and spend my money for all new things. Well, sink at this time is full and I am complaining but will start again to fill bags with dishes and pots and pans. Still doesn't work plus no one gives a damn any ways.
Talk about arguments or better still plain out fights over what else money. Not their money the whores that each goes out and find and bring home to have sexual relief in exchange also for the idiot money or snap they get in exchange for the guys like Billy, Hershel, James think there dicks (cocks) deserve their government money. Watch out if one of these whores has a car as that is a real plus for one of those over sexed nut cases and it's there's and not the whores once they get their hands on it.
Well, after so many whores leaving and others being replaced as some get courage to call the thugs at the Bentonville sheriff's department to come and help them away from their so called lovers or boyfriends or even marriage partners. Yes, been living long enough to see Billy as well as Hershel marry for that lazy government life from these whores. Hell, these people even get to the point that they call me grandpa and I don't mind it as long as their working or at lease showing they are trying to work. But, grandpa is a nasty word to me when there not looking for work until after they get up at 5-6 pm in the evening when most workers are headed home for the night these guys are just getting up and starting their days with weed, beer liquor or whatever. Watch out when there is none of that left because they went to the casino instead of paying me anything. Wait, I can't say that after all like Billy offered to pay fifty a week to help his uncle John out with his rent of three hundred a month. Let's see last I received was $38.00 or was it $32.00 three weeks ago. Uncle paid $38.00 last week. Helps? Now with the bill's every month that come in and add that or subtract that from all the bill's that come due, well a long ways from even being close to any type of help when electric and gas hits $3-5 hundred a month. Every household understands how the costs of a house is a bit more than $50.00 a month. So, yes all my social security as well as pension what little I have left pays for all their needs as well as mine so far. How much longer? Only the Almighty one knows that answer and then all these scum bums will really learn what it was like to have someone to care and none of them cared what so ever at repairing anything, cleaning up the kitchen living room or even flushing their own toilets let alone buying their own toilet paper. No, toilet paper has always been given as I buy it in 24 packs as none of them would think of buying anything to wipe there own ass. Lucky they haven't got me to even doing that for them.
Well, this is enough complaining as I will add more each day in here until I see if I change or they do. They will change as there in and out of prison or jail for something no matter what. Then really who isn't now days? I even got so tired I have a note on the door for Police, Probation and parole agents stating whoever your looking for come on in and go get them. No, they still knock at times until I get off the C-pap and get dressed to answer the door and they know who is in what room and I go back to bed. Yea, I am told to use the c-pap daily and just so busy wanting to keeps pests like ants, flies, cock roaches, mice, rats, squirrels or whatever there feeding with food left on the dirty dishes in the sink if they make it to the sink even. As Uncle John forgets his cereal and left in his room long enough to have new fly eggs hatching from that bowl.
I am sure you get the picture by now and how the leaks start from tempers flaring because the whores and the bastards that invite them to there house end up punching holes in the walls or ceiling with the pool sticks or squirrels wanting whatever free food left by these scum bums. Eating holes into roof to get in here!
Hey, I still have a sofa left to rent out if you really need a place to live and willing to clean a house with men that seem to like to beat women into submission until the women grow ball's and leave to find a real man anyways. Never in my life see why women allow this type of scum called males to beat them and even force them to say they fell or hit a car door or whatever. But, as I said when people read this maybe some of these so called men will learn and grow up to be real men. Also may these women will grow up and seek out a real man and not dopers like they are. No, I never fear saying the sofa is open for a real house cleaning repairer that wants to have a place to live for whatever. I find may from Craig's list even and they move on as soon as they get their life back on the right road. But, these I speak of just never learned to how to make it on their own and they have all sorts of excuses. One day, there all be back in prison or jail then will have rooms for rent or a lot of work for the real workers wanting to just get a helping hand. Yes, we have to be able to click as well and meaning able to get along as no more this 70 year old nice and feeling sorry without this old man able to get along with you. If I don't like you for whatever and you may be Jesus himself and if I since there is something that I don't like I will say so. Plus say nope sorry but thanks. Your stories may be hard to believe or just something does not ring truthful or I checked you out and discovered your a sick pervert or child molester. I understand you may not be a child molesters but a woman beater even brings frowns to this old face, so that is as bad if you have to carry such a sign for the rest of your life. Besides I have dozens of grand kids and great grand kids and I want them to all grow up respecting women as well as elders.

Use to be unlimited and one of them has a limit of five bags from unlimited years ago. Five bags? At $2.30 a bag? Why would they do that, who knows and who cares. Still many dumps in different towns. Then the gas company wants to charge you over $10.00 a month and not even use gas until months of winter, but the $10.00 a month is for sending a bill that states no gas usage this month but a charge to tell you that. Yes, I pay sixty or more over the summer for crap like that. Business can rip you off just like anyone else does!

Now how in the world will I get Billy & what's her name as his partner ever to understand that when a deal is made then it should be followed as agreed. Now Billy, if remember I said that Uncle John, your uncle and not mine by the way should not have to pay fully for the room even if he isn't using it. You agreed to pay $50.00 a week as of this day the above date your $150.00 in the rears. Nothing has been said or done and I mean nothing what so ever. Just never come out of the room until I am in bed after midnight or early 1-2-3 am and what are you two doing. Well, I never said nothing when I smelled those corn dogs being ruined or at lease over cooked and just said to myself. Great there able to feed themselves but where are they getting the money to buy corn dogs since neither one of them ever seems to leave that room? I started to ask your brother Hershel and I get, I never talk to them and no idea what there doing. Find and let them know how is their or your uncle John getting home this weekend since they don't even have a car. Hershel said there not my problem, as he has his own to deal with. "problems". Yup, he does as vine stated he is wanted for not reporting as required to parole. Ok, that is one problem. Second since I had him here I asked where was his new/old lady. She moved back to her parents as we had and argument at the casino. Oh, able to afford the casino, but not help me with having a roof over your head. He disappears and guess that means he is waiting for parole to pick him up. No biggie, just when is that to be as they know he is here after all they come when I am here and he is gone to work all the time. But, at lease now he has to feed himself now since he has no old lady to feed him. Now, how is he doing that. Oh Rick-dog feeds everyone out of his money. How can he afford that as I can't even afford that. Rick dog tells me someone has been taking his food from the freezer and went though a box of corn dogs. That was easy, told him that Billy and his old lady eat those all the time. Hey Billy stop stealing other's food and get a job or free government food, but stop stealing. What are you going to do? I can't afford to let people use water, gas heater lights for nothing. I don't mind helping but hey two of you and this house is a pig pen and you don't pay your fair share as agree and lock yourself up in a room and come out at night to steal of all things poor Ricks corn dogs? That guy gets 733 dollars a month to live on and he is supporting another person called Anthony, Now why is he doing that? I have no idea, but even Anthony is a dead weight such as you and your old lady and brother Hershel. Your eating his food and he hasn't the heart to say anything so he ,may be a drunk and all but really taking and not at lease doing something for the past weeks. Come on now what kind of life is that? Stealing or borrowing with the good intentions of paying back when you can. How is that to be, when you asleep all day and smoke pot all day and eat all day. I know everyone needs a place to stay, but now your uncle won't come here as it's not worth all the problems all of you cause him. So, now out even that little bit of money and you want to stay here for nothing? Sorry, your just too expensive for me and need to find some place else. Your not even looking for work and won' t do any cleaning around here even for having a place to stay. You leave heater on as well as TV and even a damn fan when you leave with someone. I had to shut off. Those things are expensive after all I do pay the bills so everyone has what they need. But, I can't afford to raise a bunch of self wanting lazy people. Do something and I mean help keep this place clean. Tell uncle that until you start paying as agreed, he'll not able to be here until you move out or rent the room as agreed. Meaning do something as I am tired of this at 70 years and not interested in raising any lazy dope smokers or anyone able to do that crap has no reason to even be here. That also goes for that guy that is not to even be here Anthony. I need to run someone to town, they have the $10.00 for the trip. I will not take no one no place unless they have $10.00 for gas and also charge $5.00 per half hour waiting time. After all at my age, time costs much more than I am charging. Stay out of others room that is trespassing and any crime committed will be something even worst. I am sure you understand. Work with me and stop this bullshit of working against me. That's that mean old 70 year old man.
